HOW TO WASH YOUR HANDS PROPERLY Hello guys so today i wanna tell you guys how to wash your hands properly According to CDC, washing your hands frequently is particularly important to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. There are 7 steps hand washing technique endorsed by CDC and World Health Organisation: but first of all wet your hands with clean water and apply enough soap to cover all surfaces of your hands and wrist 1. Now the first technique is rub your hands palm to palm in circular motion 2. Second clean the back of each hand with the palm of your opposite hand 3. Then scrub between your fingers by interlacing your fingers and rubbing back and forth 4. Next clean the back of your fingers by rubbing into your palm, repeat for both hands 5. After that clean around each thumb with your opposite hand 6. Then rub your fingertips into the palm of your opposite hand, repeat for both hands 7.
